I am currently prepping my waffle-slab model for the laser cutter. Now that the notches have been cut in all the right places with each slab nicely laid out side by side, an issue arised. As the notches were being cut with the boolean split command, the contours of my slab seemed to have shifted out from its original place and created a somewhat distorted edge, as seen in the bottom image. The problem also caused the last notch to stretch across the entire surface of the slab, thus dividing the slab into two separate pieces. I can't seem to figure out how that happened.
